If you are looking to improve your property via remodelling, refurbishment, conversion or extension we offer a full scope of services which manages the project from inception through to the completion.

inception, brief & feasibility

We work closely with you to develop a detailed brief and outline proposals to meet your requirements and budget.

We will carry out a site inspection and survey and prepare initial proposals for your review to ensure the project development continues to meet your needs.

We can provide a full feasibility study on the proposals which include an early stage estimated cost of the project.

We will liaise with Local Planning Authorities and Building Control to ensure the proposals remain feasible.

detailed design and specification

Once we have a design proposal agreed and approved with you, we can develop detailed construction drawings and a project specification.

Working with you at every step to ensure the specification meets your requirements. We will also use our knowledge to ensure that the design is compliant to the latest Building Regulations and Technical Standards.

Where applicable we will take the lead in the design role and co-ordinate all other design team members, such as Principle Designers (CDM 2015), Structural Engineers and Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.

project management

We can manage the full tender process, inviting approved contractors to competitively tender, appraising and advising you on the tenders submitted, to enable you to make an informed decision.

Following contractor selection, we can prepare the contract documents and manage the project planning stages with yourselves and the contractor.

Once the contractor is appointed we can administer and manage the terms of the building contract which will include:

  • Establish the work management parameters with you and the contractor. Often our work is to occupied or operational buildings and we fully understand the complexities of working in these environments and the need to limit disruption.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of the project in accordance with the project programme.

  • Carry out regular inspection and meetings with the contractor to ensure the highest standard of workmanship and quality is maintained.

  • Carry out effective management and rigorous control of the project costs and expenditure.

  • Provide further technical support on any issues that that may arise during the construction works.
