Glenn Cryer is a Chartered Building Surveyor with in excess of 20 years experience in Building Surveying.

Glenn started his career in private practice delivering building surveys, design, specification and contract administration of maintenance, life cycle and refurbishment projects to residential, healthcare, education and commercial Clients.

In 2010, Glenn joined a large property organisation, continuing to provide professional building surveying services and leading a dynamic team of surveyor’s enhancing an expanding portfolio of housing, student accommodation and residential and nursing care homes, delivering £15m investment per annum.

In 2018, Glenn took the decision to launch Cryer Surveying Limited, a long term ambition to provide quality client focused professional building surveying services to residential, care, education and commercial clients.
